March 18th was the day when my Amal Journey finally started with our first session. We all were quite enthusiastic to know what will come ahead. Being an introvert, I was quite hesitant to talk in the first session. Although the activities that we did on our first session broke the ice a little bit, it still took me some while to fully engage with the fellows and enjoy every moment of it. I was not anticipating how strange would it be to meet new fellows and work with whom I don’t even know were too intimidating at first. Interestingly the circle that we were assigned in the 1st project work contained all the students form NED University, even one of the fellow was my senior as well. This eased the whole situation for me.

In the first two week one of the problems that I faced was managing my University, especially my final year project, and Amal Project Works at the same time, as I found the Project Works and Amal session far lengthier than I anticipated but in the end they were all worth it.

When I look back and reflect on those days, I often get a picture of a long road leading towards my destination. It has been a roller coaster for me and Now I feel excited as I have come quite near to end the journey I started with lots of memories left behind.
